No Collection of Cryptographic Material

ProChainAccess hardware security modules are designed so that:

• Private keys never leave the device
• Recovery phrases are generated on-device and never transmitted
• PIN codes are known only to the user
• Transaction data remains on the user's device

Data Sharing

We share information only with:

• Shipping carriers (for product delivery)
• Payment processors (for transaction handling)
• Legal authorities when required by applicable law

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Product Description

ProChainAccess manufactures hardware security modules designed for offline storage and management of cryptographic keys. Our devices are hardware products only and do not include financial services, exchange platforms, trading advice, or custodial services.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment methods available include credit/debit cards and cash on delivery (where available). All prices are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding recovery phrases, maintaining PIN confidentiality, verifying all operations on the device display, creating secure backups, and installing firmware updates when available.

Warranty

PCA Core (2 years), PCA Pro (5 years), PCA Enterprise (10 years). Covers manufacturing defects only.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened products may be returned within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
